If you have always wanted to learn how to ballroom dance but never knew where to start, this is the right class for you. In Beginning Ballroom Dancing, we will cover the basics of ballroom dancing and some fun variations. This class is designed for participants who haven’t taken any classes or for those who wish to brush up on their basics. Our scope will include dances such as the Waltz, Tango, Rumba, Cha Cha, Swing, and Club Swing. Come and profit from the physical, mental, and social benefits, as well as the joys of participating in a regular program of ballroom dancing!

Have fun building a window with a beveled glass cluster in the center of the window. Students will have a selection of colored cathedral glass to use for the background. A metal frame will complete the window. Supplies are included in the fee.
**Beginning Stained Glass is a pre-requisite for this class; participant will need to bring tools from Beginner Class.

During the last few years, yoga has become widespread throughout America. Yoga stretches and strengthens the body, reduces stress, and calms the mind: it can also offer experiences of deep connectedness and bliss. A series of hour-long classes will provide instruction in asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercise), and relaxation. This class is suitable for beginners as well as those at an intermediate level.
