Prepare to have fun with businesswoman and professional chandler, Judith Jones, in an interactive candle-making experience designed for beginners and aspiring entrepreneurs alike. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the foundational skills of candle making, including wax selection, fragrance blending, wick types, and proper pouring techniques. 

Whether you’re interested in creating custom candles for your own personal enjoyment or exploring candle making as a profitable business opportunity, this class will give you the knowledge and confidence to get started. All supplies are included, so all you need to bring is your creativity and enthusiasm. You’ll leave with your own handcrafted candle and the skills to continue creating long after the workshop ends.

About the Instructor

Judith Jones, owner and operator of Just Light a Candle, LLC, makes a variety of soy wax blend candles, wax melts as well as bath bombs and diffuser oils to freshen your home and car. Her years of experience and love for making candles and other accessories have been a passion since starting her business in 2022.

Please Note:

Online registration for this class will close at 4 p.m. on November 11. This class has a required minimum of 5 students. If the required minimum is not met, anyone registered will be informed and refunded. 

Provided Supplies

Candle container, wax, wicks, and essential oils.

Recommended Supplies (Optional)

You may bring your own essential oils if you have a specific scent you want to try.
