Do you know how to respond in an emergency? This class will help you recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies to know to give immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.
Upon completing the course, you will be Red Cross CPR certified, and the certification fee is included.
This class is open to children in 7th grade or higher as well as adults. Parents may register for the class, stay with a child without registering, or drop off a child.

About the Instructor:
A Marine Corps veteran with multiple combat deployments to austere environments, Stephen Bruckner brings unmatched, real-world experience to his First Aid and CPR instruction. His extensive training ranges from tactical field care to advanced live-tissue courses, complemented by a proven track record as a military platform instructor and as a current university faculty member. As a seasoned educator, he is dedicated to building genuine confidence and readiness in every student he trains.
Please note
Wear comfortable clothes. You will be getting on and off the floor throughout the class. Also, if you have long hair, bring something to pull it back during CPR practice.
