Make an Easter Wreath Using Deco-Mesh

Join Communiversity for a hands-on class to learn the basics of creating a deco-mesh wreath with materials you can find at any dollar store, just in time for Easter! Great for decorating or gifting to a friend!

Students will learn everything they need to create their wreath and get started. Depending on wreath size and density, most students can expect to finish the wreath at home.

About the Instructor:

Anne Klingen has been making wreaths from ribbons, fabric, mesh and more for years! She enjoys sharing this fun craft with her community!

Provided Supplies

  • 1 wreath form (15" to 18")
  • 1 roll of 10"x10 yard Mesh
  • 1 roll 2 1/2" ribbon (6' minimum)
  • 1 roll 1 1/2" ribbon (6' minimum)
  • 30+ pipe cleaners/chenille stems
  • Glue guns to share
  • And 1 roll of ribbon 6' minimum (width 1 1/2" to 3") OR
  • 6 or more small trinkets to add to the wreath

Optional Supplies:

  • Any additional trinkets or decorations you would like to add to your wreath such as an Easter themed sign or an unbreakable Easter themed figurine
  • Fabric scissors
  • A glue gun (there will be a few provided for use during the class)
