Instructor Information: My name is Rebecca Fava. I have taught for over 10 years, and currently teach several Social Studies courses for UMHS. I love continuing my education, and hope to go back again someday! :) I received my BS in Business from the University of Tennessee at Martin, my JD from Ole Miss, and my MA in History from the University of Memphis. Course Description: Humanities takes you on a fascinating tour of some of the world's most significant examples of art, music, philosophy, and literature, from the beginnings of civilization to today. In Humanities, you will trace the formation and development of ancient and classical civilizations. The interrelationships of world political and social structures include the studies of history, literature, art, music, dance, drama, architecture, science and technology, geography, and government. This course continues on from Humanities I. |
