Tamales 101: How to Make Tamales from Scratch
Get hands-on with this class guiding you through preparing savory tamales. Instructor Peggie Wilson will show participants how to prepare their own masa and offer tips for steaming inside corn husks. Sign up with friends for an evening of community through cooking. Best of all: you’ll be able to take some of the delicious dish home with you at the end of class!
