Célébration du Printemps Date Night
Let Communiversity plan your Spring date night! We’re wrapping up our May classes with an introduction to French cooking led by Judy Bogan. Final menu for the evening will be based on market availability but possibilities include roasted asparagus hors d'oeuvre, wilted spinach salad with vinaigrette, chicken in mustard sauce, Tarte Tatin. After cooking together, enjoy a meal with other participants and take a full menu of recipes home after dinner.
