Kevin Gates, Coordinator
Kevin Gates has been with Study USA since May 2016; he has a degree in education from the University of Central Arkansas and a Master’s Degree in Higher Education from Ole Miss. His background prior to joining Study USA was in Admissions and Housing, and he uses that student affairs expertise to serve students participating in our experiential programs.
Originally from Arkansas, he grew up in and around Hot Springs National Park, which has led to his love of the outdoors, wild places, and travel. His goal is to visit all 63 national parks (though there were only 54 when he set this goal) and as many of the 423 sites administered by the National Park system as possible. His favorite National Park system site he has visited so far is Valles Caldera National Preserve in New Mexico.
