Course Description:

Spanish III is a continuation of Spanish I and Spanish II. These lessons will build on those skills which you should have acquired in the previous courses. This course will review some of those skills and take you to a more in depth understanding of the language. Also, you will become more familiar with several of the countries where Spanish is the official language.

Required Textbook:

You will not need a textbook. However, it is strongly suggested that you use a good Spanish/English dictionary. It will be used for many of the lessons and is also permitted on parts of the exams.

It is the studentís responsibility to order his or her dictionary. Online textbook retailers such as Amazon.com, ABEbooks.com, or Half.com usually provide used textbooks at economical prices.

Course Objectives include (but are not limited to):

  • You will read Spanish within the requirements of this course.
  • You will write Spanish within the requirements of this course.
  • You will become familiar with countries where Spanish is spoken.
