Thomas Grosskopf graduated from Ole Miss in 2010 with a BFA in Painting. He has been working as a professional artist for 15 years and teaches art at Lafayette High School as well as Ole Miss.

Course Description:

This course presents the vocabulary, terminology, and paradigm of the art world. Information covered includes art principles and concepts used in all forms of visual communication. The class will cover art mediums in addition to the visual elements and principles of design.

Grading Scale:

93 - 100% = A
85 - 92% = B
75 - 84% = C
70 - 74% = D
Below 69% = F

The grading format is as follows:

Assignments 45% - Virtual Sketchbook Activities
Quizzes 5% - Lesson Quizzes
