Best travel tip:
You cannot be too organized.
What I consider a travel emergency:
No good book to read. Not being able to get money from an ATM.
Biggest cultural hurdle:
Usually the plumbing. There could be an entertaining book on different ways to flush around the world. The ways of obtaining hot water might be just as interesting.
I think you should go abroad because …
Nothing teaches you more about yourself. Nothing teaches you more tolerance than living abroad. You will learn that different is different, but not bad. And if you don’t go now, you might never get to.
