Plymouth, the city of discovery, is a hot spot in the UK for sunning on the waterfront. The coastal town holds both heritage buildings and a vibrant shopping center. For these reasons it is a popular stop for Brits on holiday. This August, Plymouth will play host to the British Fireworks Championships Finals, an event pitting eight teams against each other in two nights of massive fireworks displays. The University of Plymouth is ranked one of the top five UK schools in psychology, computer science, and art history. The school has most recently invested in its facilities, updating its fitness complex, and opening buildings for theater and education. |
