Get some professional networking experience while enjoying the city of Chicago during the elite conference for restaurateurs. The course, led by UM faculty members Jim Taylor and Tanya Ruetzler, will give students a chance to learn about the industry while networking with experts in their field. Students will earn 3 hours of credit for FCS 468. |
