The objective of this course is to introduce the student to the theoretical analysis of international trade and commercial policy. Students will look at the pure theory of international trade as exemplified by comparative advantage and gains from trade in the classical and neo classical models and explore alternative explanations of trade and development. Student will earn 3 hours of credit for ECON 305, a course taught by British faculty. |
