Natural Resource Management

Get out of the classroom and into the tropical rainforest of Costa Rica. Live and study at the world-famous La Selva Biological Station and San Luis Research Station while learning about the tropical environment of Costa Rica. Explore the environment through hikes to waterfalls and rainforests. The course, taught by UM faculty member Marge Holland, is intended for non-biology majors. Students will earn 4 hours of credit for BISC 220.
