Watercolor in Barbados

Barbados is a small, picturesque Caribbean island that attracts thousands of tourists each year for its tropical climate, white sand beaches, and beautiful blue-green sea. Bridgetown, the capital of Barbados, is a city of 80,000 residents that is conveniently located along the island’s Caribbean coast, just minutes from many beautiful beaches. The city’s well-developed infrastructure services its many shops and markets, and the area is home to a thriving arts community and vibrant nightlife.

The University of the West Indies – Cave Hill campus is located on 47 acres of elevated land just outside of Bridgetown that overlooks the island’s capital and the Caribbean Sea. UM students participating in the program will stay in dormitories on the UWI campus.
