John Cabot University - Rome, Italy

At any given time, 40 different countries are represented at John Cabot University. The school is located in Trastevere, a quiet historic neighborhood of apartments, piazzas, churches, and workshops. The school is housed in a Renaissance palace one block from the Tiber River. The John Cabot course catalog includes classes from Italian language to computer science, business administration, religion, economics, classics, philosophy, history, photography, art history, English composition and theater.

  • Mingle with industry leaders in business, film, art and fashion

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 18 years old
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75
  • Good academic and disciplinary standing at UM

COURSES

Students will enroll in the equivalent of 12 semester hours. At least one 3-hour course in Italian is required of all students. Specific course information is available in the Study Abroad Office and online.

A passport and visa is required for all students traveling to Italy.
