International Summer School
Now in its 31st year, UM students are invited to attend the UNO-Innsbruck International
Summer School. University of Mississippi students will take classes with their peers from the
University of New Orleans and the University of Georgia taught by top faculty from the United
States and Austria. The summer school is located in one of the most beautiful, scenic and
historic crossroads in Europe - Innsbruck, Austria.

- Earn UM credit studying with U.S. students in an international environment
- Enjoy hiking in the mountains or strolling along the river
- Have easy access to most of Central Europe on free weekends
QUALIFICATIONS
- 18 years old
- Minimum GPA of 2.50 REQUIRED
- Good academic and disciplinary standing at UM
COURSES
Students will enroll in the equivalent of 6 semester hours. Offerings taught in English
include courses in business, history, art, music, psychology and English. Italian and German
language courses are also offered. Additional course offering information is available in the Study

PASSPORTS AND VISAS
A
passport is required for U.S. citizens traveling to Austria. Participants must have a
passport that is valid for at least six months after their return date.

Note: The University reserves the
right to adjust the cost should there be a significant fluctuation in the
exchange rate. It also reserves the right to cancel any programs due to lack of participation
