Off-Campus Graduate Minority Fellowship

Students who are members of under-represented ethnic groups and who have been accepted for admission to a graduate program in conditional or full standing status are eligible for this fellowship which covers a portion of their tuition. The policies regarding the length of time a student may receive this award is developed by the Division of University Outreach and Continuing Education.

2. Enrolled as a degree seeking student in good condition

4. The University of Mississippi-DeSoto Center Student

Tuition Status:

In-State Student: 75% off tuition
Tuition per three hour credit course: $684.75
Tuition with Minority Scholarship: $171.19

Out of State Student:
Robert Oesterling Scholarship:
Out of State Waiver is available to graduate students with a previous GPA of 3.2 from their undergraduate studies.

1. With a 3.2 GPA from previous undergraduate studies

• Robert Oesterling Scholarship will waive Out of State tuition
• Minority Scholarship will give a student 75% off the in-state tuition after the scholarship

2. Student below a 3.2 GPA from previous undergraduate studies

• Minority Scholarship will waive 44% of total of out of state costs
