UM-DeSoto education majors inducted into International Honor Society

The University of Mississippi-DeSoto in Southaven recently congratulated several high-achieving education majors who were inducted into the Kappa Delta Pi Education Honor Society. Kappa Delta Pi is an international honor society that works to recognize excellence and foster mutual cooperation, support, and professional growth for educational professionals around the world.

Inducted into the UM-DeSoto chapter for the 2008-09 school year are: (Front L to R) Amy Poteet of Holly Springs, Contrice Dodson of Memphis, Melanie Rawls of Germantown, Rebecca Sheppard of Nesbit, Natasha Marshman of Southaven and Laura Everly of Southaven.
