Thompson was honored at a luncheon at DeSoto Center Oct. 18 announcing
the establishment of the program. Currently working in the action lab
at Senatobia Elementary School's first grade, Thompson worked last
summer at Olive Branch Middle School with sixth grade students. The
FedEx 2+2 Scholars' Program is part of a fundraising initiative that
benefits students from both Northwest and the University of
