Brollies, Biscuits, and Plimsolls: Take Your Children to London
The Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace--the Maze at Hampton
Court--the stables of the Royal Mews—and the London Eye. The City of
London is of the most fascinating cities in the world. And now you and your
children can see it together through the Academic Traveler’s City Kids:
London adventure March 14-21. You’ll also:
- Tour Windsor Castle, including a private tour of the Great Kitchen.
- View Princess Diana’s dress collection at Kensington Palace.
- Enjoy High Tea at The Orangery.
- See the art of J.M.W. Turner, Francis Bacon, and Damien Hirst at the Tate Britain, the Tate Modern, and the National Gallery.
- See the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben from the London Eye.
And that’s just the formal side of the schedule. There are whole websites
devoted to fun and educational children’s activities in London!
Kids ages 8 18 are welcome to participate with parents (or grandparents,
aunts, or uncles). The City Kids: London program cost with airfare is

Think you can't afford it? Rubbish! Don't give this opportunity a miss!
