The Division of Outreach and Continuing Education´ Information Technology Support Services is responsible for delivering the distance learning classes of The University of Mississippi via video over IP and ISDN.

ITSS supports services such as videoconferencing over IP, gatekeeper service, room design and installation, maintenance, video bridging, and streaming media. ITSS also provides scheduling, technical coordination, technical assistance, and room rental services to conduct ad hoc videoconferencing for any department of The University of Mississippi, alumni, local communities, and businesses.

In addition, ITSS is responsible for developing, designing, installing and maintaining comprehensive information technology services within the Division of Office of Outreach and Continuing Education at The University of Mississippi.

The mission of ITSS is to serve The University of Mississippi and the Division of Outreach and Continuing Education by providing superior information technology services to our clients through teamwork, partnership, and innovation.
