INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES and DISTRIBUTED LEARNING (ITSS/DL)
Information Technology Support Services and Distributed Learning (ITSS/DL) oversees the Distributed Learning Network and provides computer and networking services across the Division. ITSS is responsible for operating and maintaining the videoconferencing system and associated classrooms for the delivery of distance learning courses in Oxford, Grenada, Tupelo, Southaven, Booneville, and at the University Medical Center in Jackson. ITSS/DL further serves the University and local communities by facilitating administrative meetings and ad hoc video conferences, and provides media duplication services as well as facilities for classroom enhancement through multi-media projects.
