ELEMENTARY PORTUGUESE (2ND HALF)
INTRODUCTION
This is a continuation of Portuguese 101, the introductory course in Brazilian
Portuguese. It is intended for those who have taken Portuguese 101 or the equivalent, and it fulfills the further development of basic skills in understanding, speaking, reading and writing
Portuguese. Also, students will gain insight into the intricacies of Brazilian customs, social behavior and non-verbal communication.
This course offers three (3) hours of academic credit.
MID-COURSE TEST AND FINAL EXAMINATION
The student will take a Mid-Course Test and Final Examination at a physical
location in a college or university setting. Detailed instructions and
Mid-Course Test and Final Examination applications are included in the
online syllabus. Information regarding tests and procedures can be found in General Information.
