PROFESSIONAL SELLING AND RELATIONSHIP
MARKETING
INTRODUCTION
Marketing 354 is a study of (1) the fundamentals of communication theory
and (2) the correct sales principles needed for a successful career in
sales. The objectives of the course are to provide the beginning sales
student with insight into the importance of communications in buyer-seller
relations and to build a solid foundation of knowledge of sales principles
and communications techniques.
This course offers three (3) hours of academic credit.
MID-COURSE TEST AND FINAL EXAMINATION
The student will take a Mid-Course Test and Final Examination at a physical
location in a college or university setting. Detailed instructions and
Mid-Course Test and Final Examination applications are included in the
online syllabus.
