INTEL INTERNATIONAL FAIR

11 - 17, 2003

FINALISTS
FROM THE STATE FAIR
Each of the two ISEF State Fair Finalists selected
will be eligible to participate in the 54th ISEF in Cleveland,
Ohio, May 11-17, 2003. Strict compliance with all ISEF Rules is
required. Expenses including a reasonable subsistence stipend
will be paid through Mississippi Science and Engineering Fairs
for selected finalists that have chosen to travel with the Official
Party to attend the Cleveland Fair. Any others who may be eligible
to attend the ISEF as OFFICIAL PARTY must be certified and otherwise
authorized to participate by the State Fair and must also pay
any and all expenses of attending.
ISEF MEETING
The meeting of all students advancing to the International
Science and Engineering Fair in Cleveland,
Ohio, May 11-17, is scheduled at the coliseum at approximately
6:00 p.m. Forms will be available for all official fair delegates
interested in accompanying our Mississippi student delegates.
In the overall meeting, the Cleveland
lodging arrangements will be explained and discussed. Afterwards,
ISEF travel will be discussed. Limited space will be available:
each regional fair will receive the number of seats requested
based on priority seating for ISEF winners and official fair representatives.
If available, seats will be offered to ISEF alternates and teachers.
Please be prepared to hold a place for all individuals whose expenses
are not covered by a regional fair or the state fair. Additional
information will be made available at the meeting.
