PHOTOGRAPHY

Register.

Create better photos and have more fun with your Digital camera. The instructor will cover camera techniques, composition, and lighting tips that will help you make the most of photo opportunities whether you are just starting out or have been making photos for years. Bring your enthusiasm, creative spirit and your camera.

Robert Jordan has a BA and MA in from the University of Mississippi. He has been teaching photography courses for over 20 years, and is a veteran photographer in the Oxford-Ole Miss community.

WIRE-WRAPPING

Register.

Introduction of composition, color, materials and tools pertaining to wire-wrapped jewelry. Creating jewelry with 14 carat gold-filled and sterling wire. Project will be to make one ring and one cage pendant. Limit of 15.

George Everett has been wire-wrapping jewelry for over 20 years. Everett sell his jewelry, known as Deep South Minerals, at the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science and the Pink Palace Museum. He serves on the board of the North Mississippi Gem and Mineral Society, and has won many blue ribbons at the Mississippi State Fair.
