This is not your everyday cake design class. Jeff and Kathleen Taylor, owners of Sweet-Ts-Bakery who were featured on an episode of Cake Wars on the Food Network Channel, will teach this award winning cake design class. Students will be trained in the intricate art of cake design. This class will highlight preparing and using buttercream icings, pressure control piping, cake borders and floral piping including leaves, rose buds, and full blown roses. Plus you will receive instruction on rolled fondant and modeling techniques. At the end of this class you will have the knowledge and skill to decorate like a professional.

In this two-hour, hands-on sushi class you will learn how to make perfect sticky rice for sushi and how to make all of sushi’s most popular sauces, from eel sauce to spicy mayo. Find out where to shop and what to buy, how to buy/store and prepare raw fish safely at home according to health department regulations and hands-on rolling, step by step for beautiful rolls that will never fall apart. As an added on bonus you will be able to create your very own “rebel” roll, which can be made from ingredients provided or you can bring your own favorite food items. Jesse Mullin is a skilled Sushi Chef trained by the owners of Two Sticks.
