Date Night in Paris
A pre-Valentine’s class for couples or best friends, taught by Judy Bogan, a former owner of award-winning, 4-star French restaurants who lived in France for ten years. Students will get hands-on experience and recipes for preparing and enjoying a 3-course meal - appetizer, main dish and dessert. Focus is on learning about seasonings, some basic French cooking techniques, classic recipes and presentation.
