Understanding the Basics
Have you considered Yoga but are unsure where to start? Participants will be introduced to concepts of yoga including basic asanas, breath work, and meditation. Through these sessions, participants will evaluate and improve strength, flexibility and balance. You will learn foundational yoga postures and breathing practices as well as tips on practicing meditation.

Price: $80 (all 4 sessions) or $25 per session
NOTE: Bring your own towel and mat. A yoga (or firm blanket) and/or meditation cushion is encouraged.
