By Air:
To fly to the conference, book to the Memphis (Tennessee) International Airport (MEM), which is approximately a 75 mile/1 hour and 15 minute drive from Oxford.

For conference participants who arrive at the Memphis International Airport, the UM Division of Outreach offers a shuttle service from Monday, Oct 14, 2019 to Friday, October 18, 2019. Shuttle reservations must be made and paid for in advance. Shuttles do not run continuously to and from the airport. These run on a reservation basis only. Shuttle requests should be made at least (6) days prior to the date of travel and no later than the Friday of the week prior to your flight in order to ensure a shuttle is available. Cost is $135 round trip/$85 one-way.

To make your transportation request, please click the Shuttle Reservation Form button at http://www.outreach.olemiss.edu/conferencecenter/airport_shuttles.html. The following information will be required to complete the form:

  1. Passenger’s Name
  2. Passenger’s Cell Number
  3. Passenger’s E-mail
  4. Flight Number
  5. Flight Time
  6. Flight Date
  7. Pick Up/Drop Off Location in Oxford
  8. Any special notes or requests

By Car:

Oxford is located at the intersection of MS Hwy 7 and US Hwy 278 and is less than an hour from Interstate 22 and thirty minutes from Interstate 55.

In-Town Shuttle:
The Inn at Ole Miss operates a complimentary shuttle between the hotel and the Oxford Square. There should be ample parking for conference attendees as The Inn has a dedicated parking lot. The Inn will also supply a morning shuttle to take you to the conference venue.

Lodging

Conference attendee accommodations will be at The Inn at Ole Miss, located on the University of Mississippi campus. Use group code 4423 for the special ADEIL rate.

Reservations must be made before Sept. 16, 2019 to ensure availability at the discounted conference rates of:

  • Standard: $99/night
  • Deluxe: $109/night
  • One Bedroom Suite: $139/night
