Anne Quinney will lead our next Academic Traveler Provence: A Culinary Adventure--May 19-27, 2007. Dr. Quinney, an Associate Professor of French at The University of Mississippi, has lived in Paris and Bordeaux and has led programs in France for the last ten years. The trip highlights French cuisine and features visits to an olive oil mill and a local potter and cooking with a French chef.

Housing is provided in Arles at Cuisine et Tradition School of Provencale Cuisine, a bed-and-breakfast and culinary institute.

Cost of the program is $1995 and includes housing, some meals, program-sponsored excursions, and ground transportation. The program cost does not include airfare. A payroll deduction plan is available for UM faculty and staff.
