More than 70 online self-paced courses are available through the University's
partnership with the American Management Association. AMA awards CEUs
for each course, or you may earn an AMA certificate and CEUs by taking
a group of required courses. Choose from a wide range of disciplines:
sales, marketing, finance, leadership, customer service, and more.
Ed2Go Online
If you want to improve your skills, discover a new career
path or just take a course for fun and never leave home, Ed2Go online
courses are for you. Courses can be accessed anytime and anywhere.
Element K Online
The University of Mississippi has partnered with Element
K to bring you additional resources to learn online! This partnership
will allow students to take quality courses via the web. Over 1,000
information technology courses and business courses are available, including
on-line instructor facilitated courses and self-paced interactive courses.
English as a Second
Language
The English as a Second Language Program at The University
of Mississippi offers a comprehensive, skills-oriented ESL curriculum
designed for students intending to pursue graduate or undergraduate
studies in the United States. The program’s four courses are also
suitable for those seeking to learn English for professional or personal
reasons. The program’s high standards encourage student to achieve
excellence.
ETS
Computer-Based Testing (CBT) Center
With the help of Educational Testing Service (ETS),
a private educational testing and measurement organization located
in Princeton, New Jersey, The University of Mississippi has installed
a complete ETS Computer-Based Testing Center that allows students
of any age to take ETS-developed tests on the Oxford campus rather
than in Tupelo, Memphis, or Jackson
KAPLAN Test Preparation
Kaplan, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Washington
Post Company, is one of the nation's premier providers of educational
services for individuals, schools and businesses.
Gatlin Online
Web based training, at your own pace, offered in partnership
with Gatlin Education Services. With a computer and a connection
to the Internet, you can complete any of the following certificates
in three to six months from the comfort of your own home.

and Non-Credit Education will have you swirling around a dance floor,

that’s just the beginning. Personal enrichment programs are open
to anyone in the community, including retirees, Ole Miss students, and
family members of all ages. You’re sure to find something captivating
and educational here!
TraveLearn
The University of Mississippi with the TraveLearn Network provides
adult learners with opportunities to combine learning with travel to
17 worldwide destinations. Unique features of these programs include
faculty escorts and in-country specialists who share their insights
about the contemporary, natural, and historical aspects of the destinations;
first-class accommodations; small groups; specially arranged field
experiences; and comfortably paced itineraries with time to pursue
individual interests.
Workforce
Development
The Professional and Workforce Development (PWD) programs
help working adults acquire new, updated, or complementary skills
needed to achieve or maintain proficiency in their current profession,
earn noncredit educational certificates, prepare for professional
certification examinations, qualify for promotion in their organization,
transition into a new career, meet professional continuing education
requirements, prepare for graduate entrance examinations, or return
to the workforce. We also work with employers to bring many of these
programs directly to their staff, either at Ole Miss or at the work
site.
